The SUMBA App's custom built checklists ensure that your employees are thoroughly inspecting the proper components of each attraction and piece of equipment.
The SUMBA Squad are experts when it comes to evaluating the potential risks facing your family entertainment center. The SUMBA App allows all high-level managers and owners of the facility to determine if a "Failed" inspection item is actually in need of repair. If you are unsure that an inspected item could pose a potential risk to your facility, simply contact our customer service team for an evaluation of the inspected item and we will help you determine the level of potential risk.
SUMBA works to mitigate identifiable risks in order to minimize, monitor, and control the probability of events. Through the SUMBA App you will be able to order replacement parts for any broken components of your attractions or equipment. You will also have access to request a certified SUMBA Squad member to perform the installation of your replacement part, or even perform general maintenance to your attractions.

The founding members of the SUMBA team have worked in the amusement industry for over a decade. Starting with zip lines, moving to giant ninja warrior and challenge courses, and finally into building out and designing over 55 complete family entertainment center's, while providing services to over 100 facilities worldwide.

We provide the perfect system for training your employees on proper inspection procedures. After setup by a SUMBA professional, all of your training and educational qualifications can be scheduled and recorded through the SUMBA App to ensure all of your employees have the required knowledge to complete their jobs efficiently.
Within the SUMBA App, you will be able to submit all maintenance requests and replacement parts orders. If you do not have contact with the manufacturer of your attractions, or a maintenance team, SUMBA will connect you with our network of preferred vendors and service providers.
DATA COLLECTION & STORAGE
The SUMBA platform can record and track all incident reports, service schedules, inspection schedules, and training schedules. It is a paper and clutter free platform to keep your facility running smoother and safer than ever.
